Idea for Scraps

"Recently, I went through my stash and found quilt blocks left over from quilts I made years back. I also had a stash of strips. Since the blocks are all different sizes, patterns and colors, I decided to square off each block and add borders around each one to make a 13-inch square.

"My idea now is to use a 1-inch strip of black or a dark color -- whatever I might have in my stash -- between each block when finishing off the top. This will highlight each individual block. Wish me luck!"
