After seeing the newest cover of Quilter's World, I knew I just had to make the Bumblebee Dreams wall hanging. I am new to quilting and this was my first applique. Thanks again for the inspiration and for such a great magazine. |

I'm very pleased with this edition of your magazine. I plan to continue my subscription for another year. I liked the simplicity of many of the patterns, yet you also offer a challenge to more experienced quilters. |

Just want you to know you have THE BEST MAGAZINE AND THE BEST WEB SITE. One of my quilt groups had our 26th anniversary in March. I will send all of them your web address. Thanks for all your work. |

It was really good news you had this time: Quilter's World is digital. I have signed up for a subscription. Now I don't have to run to the store and pay the earth to get it, if I'm lucky. The magazine often issold out, you had to come the day they received it or the day after - otherwise - bad luck.
Now I can enjoy both your newsletter and the magazine - hurraah.

When the last issue of Quilter's World arrived it solved a huge problem for me. My sister, Kaye, had requested a quilt with a horse theme and the only ones I could find to fit that theme were children's quilts. Mustangs proved to be the perfect quilt since Kaye owns a horse ranch. We selected the fabrics together and changed the background to fit her needs.
Thank you for your wonderful magazine, keep up the good work.

I was very pleased with the latest edition of your magazine. I liked the simplicity of many of the patterns, yet you offered a challenge to more experienced quilters. I really enjoy the "stretching concept" and have used it myself stretching a 12" Gentleman's Fancy block to a 20" x 26" rectangular pattern for a pillow sham. I was very pleased with result. |

The stretched tumbling block design of My Sister's Closet, in the April 2008 edition came just in time. It was the perfect pattern for making into a signature quilt for a retiring co-worker and friend. After adding to my stash of green, I revised the pattern slightly so there would be just enough squares so each of us at the office could sign one. I omitted the patchwork border for time sakes and within two days had her quilt made. It was quick and simple but is now a cherished item. 84 year-old Vera said she couldn't have received anything she liked better!
Thanks again Quilter's World for coming to my rescue!! You have great timing! |
